This amazing grass-fed beef is dry-aged for 21 days. Our side of grass-fed beef typically includes the following:

  • Steaks (including Sirloin, T-Bone, and Rib-Steaks) 1" thick, 2 to a pack, weight varies - usually around 11 packs
  • Roasts (including Chuck, Rump, Shoulder, and Sirloin Tip) 2-3lbs. each - about 11
